PDPM On & Off-site Reviews
Judy will work remotely or on-site to provide PDPM review and education for compliance and missed opportunities. Clients have seen significant reimbursement increases with her insights and education. She is a Certified Professional Coder and AHIMA approved ICD 10 trainer, so she can also review and teach correct ICD-10 coding. She was a contributor to the AHCA/AHIMA ICD-10 coding web-based training.
Clients have seen great improvement with more compliant MDS and ICD-10 coding for PDPM. Her wealth of clinical knowledge combined with Medicare expertise make her uniquely qualified to audit and to teach. She's not solely concerned with making more money. She wants you to feel secure in the knowledge that the money you're receiving from government sources is honestly yours to keep. If you don't want what doesn't belong to you, but you need every penny the government says is yours, she's your consultant.
"If you can't explain something so busy clinicians can understand it, you shouldn't be teaching it." When other consultants leave, the staff feels defeated. When she finishes, even if it was really bad news, they feel empowered and motivated.
SNF Owner
I bought software scrubbers, rehab PDPM reviews, and endless trainings. Judy took a look. We had to give some money back, but overall our rates increased tremendously. I know our charts will stand up to scrutiny now. "My job is to empower your staff so you won't need me."
